While people have been diverted by the verbal antics of Sanusi Nor and Abdul Hadi, the real enemies of the state (unless you want to label all politicians as enemies of the state), are lurking right in front of us. These organizations and people have and are doing great damage to the nation. Most ironically are the protected elite by the state they are destroying. Somehow most of these are “above the law”.

1 & 2. Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah and Khairy Jamaluddin

As the Director General of the Ministry of Health and Minister for Health, Noor Hisham and Khairy Jamaluddin were responsible for vaccine procurement during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are many questions that no one has been accountable for until now. Issues include the selection, procurement, administration, and wastage of the vaccine process.

Noor Hisham admitted in a court of law that the adverse effects of Covid-19 vaccines were known before they were rolled out to Malaysians.

They failed to research and fully evaluate the potential adverse effects of the vaccines they finally chose for the Rakyat of Malaysia. Secondly, they banned the use of registered pharmaceuticals for the ‘off label’ treatment of Covid-19, which a court has recently found to be unlawful.

As the blog “As Thick as a Brick” states, Noor Hisham’s deception led to the deaths of tens of thousands of people.

Both Noor Hisham and Khairy were involved in proposing to the World Health Organization (WHO) that WHO recommendations become mandatory upon countries. Secondly, the WHO, rather than the Agong has the right to declare health-related emergencies in Malaysia.

This is a direct affront to the sovereignty of Malaysia.

Crimes against humanity and treason

3. Mahathir Mohamed

Former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamed has done more to shape the way Malaysia is today than any other person. Mahathir was one of the ‘young Turks’ in UMNO who engineered the fall of Tunku Abdul Rahman, leading to the introduction to the New Economic Policy (NEP), which Malaysia still has today. Mahathir fostered Ketuanan Melayu, which has created an unnatural divisive society. His introduction of Islam into government has destroyed the concept of secularism in democracy and government.

Economically, Mahathir destroyed the concept of ‘equality of opportunity’ for Malaysians with his nurturing of a generation of crony capitalists, who now have a large stake in the Malaysian economy.

Mahathir is the classic Malay Machiavellian archetype, which has shaped the nature of Malaysian politics today.

4. Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary

The USD 1.5 billionaire Syed Mokhtar is a household name for having a monopoly to import rice into Malaysia, through his Bernas subsidiary. This has kept the price of rice artificially high and limited the diversity of different types of rice available to Malaysian consumers. Bernas profits have not been used to improve the efficiency and productivity of the local paddy industry. Bernas has just been a rent seeking monopoly that has taken commercial opportunities away from others for the personal benefit of Syed Mokhtar.

Economic crimes

5. World Economic Forum (WEF) influence in cabinet

Anwar Ibrahim’s cabinet and government is infiltrated with a number of WEF members. WEF members in the cabinet include Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz and Hannah Yeow. Hannah Yeow’s page on the WEF website has disappeared over the last couple of weeks. The Economic Planning Unit (EPU) is a corporate member of the WEF. There are a number of other young politicians involved with the WEF. WEF influence can already be seen in the Madani economic policy released before the state elections.

A clear and present danger to Malaysian national sovereignty

6. Fahmi Fadzil

The Minister of Communications and Digital Fahmi Fadzil is very quickly bringing censorship in Malaysia back to the days under former prime minister Najib Razak. News portals and blogs including Malaysia Now, Malaysia Today, and the Wee Choo Keong Blog have all been blocked without notice. No explanations have been given. Activist Shashi Kumar was summoned to report to the police over criticisms he made on Tik Tok over the conversion of children to Islam without the consent of both parents.

Freedom of speech and press freedom are once again under attack in Malaysia by Goebbels like tactics.

7. The Muslim Brotherhood

Elements of the Muslim Brotherhood exist within PAS. The issue is not Islam. The issue is the resentment of the monarchy, which they disrespect. The Muslim Brotherhood is a clear and present danger to the monarchy. Its not the current leader Abdul Hadi Awang, but the new leaders who will takeover like Idris Ahmad, who clearly showed disrespect to the Sultan of Selangor over the Bon Odori issueThis was the primary reason PH-BN was made the government over PN.

8. The MACC and Attorney General’s Chambers

Azam Baki the Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and the attorney general Idris Harun have weaponised the legal system and bureaucracy. Many prosecutions are not politically motivated, as the acquittal of Muhyiddin Yassin on charges of abuse of power clearly showed. The integrity of the impartiality of the legal and justice systems are being destroyed.

9. Government Linked Companies (GLCs) and crony capitalists

GLCs are relics of the old Stalinist era. GLCs are sucking up legitimate commercial opportunities companies within the private sector could take up and exploit more efficiently. GLCs are preventing Malaysia becoming an innovation economy. GLCs are rent seekers exploiting artificially created opportunities. GLCs are actually holding back economic growth. GLCs are places that nurture corruption and hide it without any transparency. Board positions are used to reward politicians.

Too many crony capitalists have been given monopolies, choice plots of strategic land, and monopoly or oligopoly status, just through their connections with the ruling elites.

Monopolistic competition, economic vandalism, racketeering, abuse of power and corruption.

10. Amirudin Shari and INSAN

Amirudin Shari has used citizens’ private data and opened up insurance policies without prior permission to what is looking at a major scam to make money, at the Rakyat’s expense.
