Bangsat from Indonesia playing God to the Malays

Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has raised the issue of heaven and hell against “the noisy minority” whom he accused of resorting to slander.
In this, Zahid said, the "noisy minority" would finally end up in hell, which was also created by God.
"God created heaven and hell, but the residents in hell are more than in heaven, because they rushed to enter hell," he said.
This group of people in hell, Zahid said, were influenced by the devil.
"If they want to continue to befriend the devil, be my guest," he said in his speech at an event at the National Registration Department (NRD) today.

He'll pray for their hearts to open
Zahid said those who had been slandered, particularly the Home Ministry, NRD and himself, should be thankful to those who uttered the slanderous remarks against them.
The deputy prime minister said he would pray for these people to open their hearts, instead of praying for them to rot in hell.
Zahid, who is also home minister, initially only voiced out against the people for not appreciating the excellent service provided by NRD, which he described as the most efficient in terms of processing documents.
However, he went on to describe these people as being outdated and ignorant, as they refused to listen and accept the explanations given to them.
He then urged the ministry's officers to strive to make it to heaven. - M'kini

No Malaysian is a ‘pendatang’, eminent historian says as racial tensions flare

The phrase “Malaysian immigrant” is self-contradictory, the Universiti Malaysia lecturer explained, and faulted poor education for the perpetuation of the myth that has been revived in the latest racial flare-up between the Malay majority and the ethnic Chinese minority.
“Pendatang or immigrants is a term, someone who came from another country. Let's say this country, and he is a citizen of another country, then he is an immigrant.
“But if he has been living here for a long time and applied for citizenship, then he is no longer a pendatang, he is a citizen,” Khoo told a forum on “Defending Malay Dignity” organised by a non-government group, Gabungan Merdeka Rakyat.
“Pendatang is only for people who are not citizens,” he reiterated.
However, he noted that the misunderstanding of such phrases, like the term “bangsa” were commonplace and present even in government forms.
“Our leaders made a mistake on forms, where you’re supposed to tick Malay, Chinese or Indian. Bangsa means nationality so if we are Malaysian, we should just write Malaysian.
“If we write Chinese on forms it indicates that we are citizens of China. Terms and words are different, terms only have a singular meaning,” he explained.
To illustrate his point, he gave the example of Malaysia’s membership in the United Nations and said that the global organisation’s name in Bahasa Malaysia translates to Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu.
“It’s United Nations, not United Races,” he stressed.
Khoo said phrases or terms differ in meaning from individual words.
“Here, education is at fault. We are not taught the meaning of a term. An ‘istilah’ is not the same as a word,” he said.
Earlier this week, Sungai Besar Umno division chief Datuk Jamal Md Yunos asserted that Chinese Malaysians have the option of returning to China, compared to Malay Malaysians who only have this country to call home.
His assertion was in response to the Chinese ambassador to Malaysia Huang Huikang’s reported remarks last Friday, that Beijing would not hesitate to speak out against any threat that may affect the country’s ties with Malaysia.
Jamal’s assertion is seen to be a variation of the “balik China” calls hurled by some Malays in the past against ethnic Chinese, much to the minority group’s consternation as many identify themselves as Malaysians and not citizens of China.
In 2008, then Bukit Bendera Umno chief Datuk Ahmad Ismail was suspended from Umno and stripped of all party posts for three years following an uproar over his remarks describing Chinese Malaysians as “pendatang” during a political rally in Permatang Pauh.
No criminal action was taken against him, though a journalist was arrested under the Internal Security Act (ISA) for reporting his speech.

THE FIRST NATION IN THE QUEUE TO SIGN TPPA IS MALAYSIA.
WHY? BECAUSE OUR PM GOT A BUSTY CLOSET FULL OF SHADY DEALS AND MURDER. PLUS TO AVOID GOING TO JAIL IN AMERICA.
TODAY ALL MEDIA AND UMNO MEMBERS WHO HAD RECEIVED BRIBERY FROM NAJIS MUST DEFEND THIS SIGNING WHICH WILL FURTHER HARM MANY LIVES IN MALAYSIA.

What is the TPPA, according to the Americans

Statement by President Barack Obama on the Trans-Pacific Partnership

October 5, 2015

“I’ve spent every day of my presidency fighting to grow our economy and strengthen our middle class. That means making sure our workers have a fair shot to get ahead here at home, and a fair chance to compete around the world. My approach to trade has been guided by a unifying principle: leveling the playing field for American workers and businesses, so we can export more products stamped Made in America all over the world that support higher-paying American jobs here at home.

Over the summer, Democrats and Republicans in Congress came together to help the United States negotiate agreements for free and fair trade that would support our workers, our businesses, and our economy as a whole.

When more than 95 percent of our potential customers live outside our borders, we can’t let countries like China write the rules of the global economy

We should write those rules, opening new markets to American products while setting high standards for protecting workers and preserving our environment.

That’s what the agreement reached today in Atlanta will do
. Trade ministers from the 12 nations that make up the Trans-Pacific Partnership finished negotiations on an agreement that reflects America’s values and gives our workers the fair shot at success they deserve.

This partnership levels the playing field for our farmers, ranchers, and manufacturers by eliminating more than 18,000 taxes that various countries put on our products. It includes the strongest commitments on labor and the environment of any trade agreement in history, and those commitments are enforceable, unlike in past agreements. It promotes a free and open Internet. It strengthens our strategic relationships with our partners and allies in a region that will be vital to the 21st century.

It’s an agreement that puts American workers first and will help middle-class families get ahead.
Once negotiators have finalized the text of this partnership, Congress and the American people will have months to read every word before I sign it. I look forward to working with lawmakers from both parties as they consider this agreement.

If we can get this agreement to my desk, then we can help our businesses sell more Made in America goods and services around the world, and we can help more American workers compete and win.

Jebat Must die said :  Congratulations to all the 11 nations in Asia Pacific that are on the verge of looking after the Americans’ interests and well being. They are Japan, Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam. Thank you for the job well done.

My comments :  The ketuanan morons cannot understand English.

Folks, did you know that one of the pre paid bloggers, aged about 50 years, put it on his Facebook or something that he just read Famous Five by Enid Blyton. That is the level of intelligence of these prepaids.

I think Najib may have begun reading Secret Seven. Hippos do not need to read.

To top it all, the TPPA is a secret document. The public does not know  what are the full contents of this TPPA Agreement.  And yet the morons who signed this secret document claim to be public servants.

Never mind. This is OutSyed The Box. Let me summarise for you what the TPPA will do (thanks to Jebat Must Die).  According to President Obama, this is what the TPPA will do :

1. So America can export more products stamped Made in America all over the world

 2. Negotiate agreements for free and fair trade that would support American workers, American businesses, and the American economy as a whole

3. America should write those rules, opening new markets to American products

 4. That’s what the agreement reached today in Atlanta will do

5. An agreement that reflects America’s values

6. It’s an agreement that puts American workers first.

7. Help American businesses sell more Made in America goods and services around the world, and help more American workers compete and win.

OSTB : Pay attention to this point by Obama :  " We should write those rules, opening new markets to American products while setting high standards for protecting workers and preserving our environment.

"opening new markets to American products

-  Folks, do you know what these mean?  Malaysia may not be able to import cheap RM15 a kilo grapes from China because the grapes were planted on land that once belonged to the great grandfather of some Chinese guy who was wrongfully imprisoned for being a terrorist or something (like in Guantanamo Bay).

So prices of imported grapes will go up. So the Americans can sell their RM50 a kilo grapes here.

Ok maybe I am stretching it. But here is a more likely scenario.

Malaysia may not be allowed to export hard wood products to the US or anywhere else in the world because that means we are cutting down the forests and contributing to global warming and destroying the environment in the US.

But American furniture can be imported into Malaysia because theirs is made of err...err..some kind of wood. I like American furniture. My house is full of Made In USA furniture.  But the choice comes at a price.  It should not come at a cost.

Conclusion :

(Semua sorak kuat-kuat ikut sorak Manchester United)

Bodoh..Bodoh...Bodoh..Bodoh.

The unfolding tragedy of Jaring, Malaysia’s first ISP

By Karamjit SinghJul 02, 2015
  • Sold for a bargain RM2mil to Utusan Printcorp, which has driven it to liquidation
  • Poser over Ministry of Finance nod to sell Malaysia’s pioneer ISP for low price
EMPLOYEES of Jaring Communications Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s pioneer Internet service provider (ISP), must be feeling punch-drunk.

Just about a year ago, they were steeped in the euphoria of having a new owner and potential savior in the shape of Utusan Printcorp Sdn Bhd, with its managing director Norhisam Mohamed Nor coming on board as chief executive officer of the ISP.

In his first town-hall meeting with Jaring staff, Norhisam giddily declared, “We will buy Telekom Malaysia one day,” referring to the country’s biggest telco and its biggest rival in the early days of the Internet in Malaysia.

Now however, these employees are suffering from the nightmare decision by Malaysia’s Ministry of Finance that inexplicably allowed Norhisam to buy Jaring.

For since that town hall in early 2014, the loss-making Jaring has sunk even further into debt, with the new management showing little interest in clearing its books, let alone growing the business.

Current and former staff have also lodged complaints with various parties, seeking desperately to draw attention to their plight.

Just recently, Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) workers came, escorted by two police cars, to switch off power at Jaring’s headquarters in Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur, due to over RM1 million (about US$265,000) in unpaid bills. Jaring managed to convince the national power utility company not to pull the plug.

Click to enlarge.Between that, and wondering if salaries will be paid on time, employees are at their wit’s end.

The company has over 200 creditors, claims a former senior executive, and not paying off its debts finally caught up with it in November 2014 when it was slapped with a liquidation notice by CIMB Bank, to which it owed RM10 million (US$2.85 million), and Approved Restorers Sdn Bhd.

Jaring was turned over to a liquidator, KPMG Deal Advisory Sdn Bhd, which in May this year terminated the employment of 97 Jaring workers with less than 10 days’ notice. [Click letter to enlarge]

Norhisam has not responded to questions Digital News Asia (DNA) sent him via email, nor to text messages or phone calls.

However in a recent development, he is challenging the liquidation notice, with a court date set for the week of July 6.

Damage done from liquidation notice

The damage has been done. The public fallout has cost Jaring dearly, with staff telling DNA that some current customers are jittery over its future.

One even pulled out from giving it a RM1-million contract, says a former Jaring staffer who used to manage that account. He was one of those who lost their jobs in May. [RM1 = US$0.27]

More significantly, new business opportunities have also been lost. Jaring has not been able to invest in new infrastructure for customer wins, and as a result has lost millions in potential revenue, says one of its managers.

Initially resigned to their fate, Jaring staff who recently lost their jobs are now contesting the legality of the termination. The Public Services Department has set a July 3 meeting for the former employees and Jaring management to work this out.

From what DNA has learned, the mood within the remaining 200 Jaring employees has also changed. Fear and resignation of their fate has turned to a simmering resentment at the Malaysian Government.

This is especially so at the Ministry of Finance (MOF), which not only sanctioned the purchase of Jaring at the shockingly low price of RM2 million, but has subsequently ignored all entreaties over the fate that has befallen it.

Jaring started as a division of what was then known as the Malaysian Institute of Microelectronics Systems (Mimos) of the Prime Minister’s Department, before it was spun off as a separate entity. Both were corporatised, the latter as Mimos Bhd.

Jaring was wholly owned by Ministry of Finance Inc before being sold to Utusan Printcorp.

“We feel abandoned, like the unwanted stepchild,” said one Jaring executive, adding, “We don’t deserve this.”

They are also seeking answers to why MOF sold Jaring to Norhisam, and why was it sold so cheaply.

Many are also now asking why the MOF turned down a number of past offers for Jaring. And some who want to know why MOF was not supportive of past management teams’ turnaround plans.

“I joined Jaring a few years back under a previous CEO who was brought in by MOF itself to turn Jaring around, but when we presented our plans to them, a number of key elements were not approved by MOF, severely hampering our ability to execute our turnaround,” laments a senior IT executive who is now with a listed company.

Bleeding red ink

A key part of Malaysia’s Internet history is linked with Jaring, says the IT executive. “I think many of us will remember that clicking sound your dial-up modem makes when you used the Internet in those early to mid-1990s, through Jaring.

“They introduced the Internet to Malaysians. That is significant.”

However, the IT executive also acknowledges that Jaring was not able to keep up with the times and customer needs, and that goes to the heart of its problems that led to it losing money every single year. Some estimate its losses at between RM6 million and RM10 million a year.

Another former senior executive tells DNA that the biggest weakness at Jaring was never its technical capabilities, but its sales and even collections.

“I got the impression that sales staff never really pushed for business. Most were content to go after the Government and government-related companies only.”

Describing the ISP business as a cash-flow business, the executive feels that Jaring was never aggressive enough in going after sales or in innovating.

Collection was also poor. While some of that can be blamed on some government clients being slow to make payments, incentives were also aligned wrongly, he says.

“Commissions were paid based on sales and not collections. I felt this was wrong,” he adds.

Feeling abandoned

“To date, not a single team from MOF has come to visit us to hear us out,” says a Jaring manager who survived the first round of culling, but fears he may not be so lucky the next time around.

Jaring staff are also requesting that MOF allow them to see the terms of the agreement between the ministry and Norhisam, with some questioning his management ability.

In fact, Jaring staffers have compiled a history of four deals Norhisam has done, and are sharing this with the media and various government agencies they are appealing to for help.

In May 2014, Malaysian Malay Printing Entrepreneurs Association deputy president Sulaiman Ali claimed that Utusan Printcorp had sacked all the staff of printing company Dawama Sdn Bhd with no due compensation being given to them, news portal FreeMalaysiaToday reported.

RM40mil offer turned down

Jaring cannot be such a lost cause that the MOF had to sell it for the low price of RM2 million. According to a former senior executive, it earned around RM110 million in 2013.

Which is why the Norhisam deal shocked the entire industry, including Jaring staff who point out that a few years back Puncak Semangat, a corporate vehicle owned by tycoon Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary, had actually put in a bid to buy out Jaring for RM40 million.

That deal was rejected by MOF. DNA has learnt that MOF was not comfortable with some of the conditions that came attached.

These included an extension of some of the government jobs Jaring was responsible for, not taking on any of its debts, and critically, allowing Puncak Semangat to reduce headcount by at least 50.

DNA knows of one company which made an all-cash offer at least five times the Norhisam sale price a few years back, but that came to naught as well.

As at press time, MOF still has not responded to DNA’s questions, but has acknowledged receiving them. Chief among our questions was: Why was Jaring sold to Norhisam at such a low price?

Customers affected

Despite its troubles, Jaring still has over 40 corporate customers it is providing broadband and various connectivity services to, including the central bank, Bank Negara Malaysia, various government bodies, and a large number of public universities.

“For the universities especially, where Jaring is the primary broadband provider, closing us down will have a huge impact on their operations,” says a Jaring executive.

A large number of government agencies are also still dependent on Jaring, and there is even a multinational in the logistics space that is a big customer.

But how long they will stay is the big question, even if Norhisam wins a stay order against the liquidation.

The bigger questions looming is the role MOF has played in the Jaring tragedy. And it has chosen to remain silent.

Editor’s Note: For a chronology of events at Jaring since Utusan Printcorp took over in January 2014, coupled with some background on Jaring, download this document that was prepared by Jaring staff who wish to remain anonymous for fear of retribution.

Korean researcher solves 60-year-old puzzle of biological clock through math

A Korean mathematician has solved a 60-year-old puzzle in the biology community. Prof. Kim Jae-kyung of the mathematical science at KAIST said on Monday that his team solved principle in which biological clock operates properly in spite of temperature changes by using a mathematical model. It is noteworthy that the team has solved mystery of life through mathematics.
Biological clock serves to maintain 24 hour-cycle biorhythm, including the function that excretes the sleep hormone melatonin at around 9 p.m. to cause one to fall asleep and wakes him or her around 7 a.m. However, in general biochemical reactions, a hike in temperature increases the speed of reaction. It means when the body has fever or during hot summer season, the duration of sleep could decrease. Fortunately, the humans biological clock is maintained constantly irrespective of temperature variations. Such nature was discovered in 1954, but its mechanism was not identified for the 60 years since. Countless biologists and mathematics have announced hypotheses, but repeatedly failed to validate their theories.
Prof. Kim noted the fact that Period 2, a core protein in the biological clock, dissolves in an extraordinary way. Generally, proteins dissolve incrementally faster over time. But Period 2 dissolves fast and slow, repeatedly, and thus declines in the form of steps.
As mathematician, Kim established the theory that there are two ways to form such a shape, and analyzed it through a mathematical model by using differential equation. As a result, he discovered that there are two methods in which Period 2 dissolves fast and slow, respectively, and predicted the existence of a phosphorylation switch, which adjusts the ratio of the two methods appropriately.
If the temperatures rise above 37 degrees Celsius, the phosphorylation switch increases the portion of the method in which Period 2 dissolves slowly, and thus delays the overall speed of dissolution, and if temperatures fall below 30 degrees Celsius, the switch increases the portion of the method in which it dissolves fast to increase the speed of dissolution.
The hypothesis has been confirmed by a team led by Prof. David Bishop at Duke National University of Singapore Medical School. The graduate school is jointly run by Duke University and the National University Singapore.
Prof. Kim said, If we discover material that can regulate the phosphorylating switch, we will be able to prevent abnormality in biological clock that could occur due to late-hour overtime work and overseas business trips. The study was published in the October 1 issue of Molecular Cell, a sister journal of Cell.

KL City Hall to rebrand 25 failed food courts

OVER 25 food courts run by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) have become white elephants as not many stalls are operating and are less frequented by the public.
DBKL hopes to rebrand the food courts to best suit their respective locality as their current location is no longer practical.
DBKL Licensing and Petty Traders Management Department director Ibrahim Yusof said some food courts were better suited to be turned into a retail mall concept based on their location, while in other areas they could be used as community centres, or as pinball or futsal centres.
“We will re-look at which ones are better suited for what as many of these food courts have become an eyesore,’’ he said.
Ibrahim said the top five white elephant food courts in the city among the 26 run by DBKL were in Jalan Mega Mendung in Jalan Kelang Lama, Desa Aman in Cheras, Desa Tun Razak, Batu Bata in Jalan Damai and Jalan Wirawati in Kampung Pandan.
“In some parts, we may even outsource the building to another organisation to take over the management. They may be better at managing the place than us,’’ he said.
Earlier, Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor announced plans to relocate roadside hawkers into food courts in the city.
The plan also involved giving the hawkers food trucks to run their business.
“The government has allocated RM500,000 to help 50 roadside hawkers to get trucks to operate their food truck business.
“DBKL will give each hawker RM10,000 deposit to get the food trucks and we are negotiating with Tekun Nasional to help them get loans for the remainder of the fee,” he added.
Tengku Adnan also said that DBKL had carried out a census on Sept 1 to find out the number of roadside stalls in the city.
The census that is expected to end on Oct 31, had recorded 7,807 hawkers so far.
“These are people who are operating outside buildings, under trees, beside drains, and other places.
“It is time we revamped the entire set up and move towards a more clean and less cluttered KL,’’ he said.
Tengku Adnan also gave out annual allocations to five traders associations in Kuala Lumpur amounting to RM170,000.
The associations that received the contribution are Malay Traders Association, Federal Territory Bumiputera Traders Association, Kuala Lumpur Hawkers and Petty Traders Association, Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya Indian Petty Traders Association and Federal Territory Bumiputera shopkeepers and Traders associations.
***********************************************
I have highlighted yellow to Jln Wirawati in Kg Pandan.
The reason being I have written about the corrupted DBKL man who had collected if not millions but definitely enough to purchase six houses in Taman Maluri with cash he collected not sure legally or illegally from traders who rented the place there and gone for his Haj many times.
If one wants to rent a place there, one must be prepare to settle an existing TNB bill of over RM4,000 and Water Bill of RM1,000.  Beside that there is a deposit of RM2,000 which must be in cash, rent and advance rental of RM400 (previous rate, now not sure how much). And most important YOU MUST BE AN INDONESIAN to qualify. Why you may ask and the answer is quite simple.  Indonesian will take up the offer and not complain.
Till today DBKL or PDRM or MACC have not bothered to take action against the so-called Haji in charge of that place.
Point number 2. There are many traders in Taman Maluri who do not bother to have licence because they can easily bribe DBKL officers who are happy to receive them on daily basis.
It took me 6 years to force a particular trader to get his licence but then DBKL allowed him to operate at a place that is unsuitable causing a particular house owner and her family to suffer poor health. Though the owner has complaint several times DBKL choose to close many eyes because they were bribed.
Next is an interesting story that shows DBKL is proud of its stupidity.
CITY Hall has estimated that there are 6.8 million rats in Kuala Lumpur, which is four times the city’s population, reported Sinar Harian.
Despite the RM1 or RM2 reward given by City Hall for every rat caught, the number is still huge due to the failure of clean-up efforts in certain areas.
This was compounded by the presence of illegal traders in areas with no garbage collection by existing concessionaires.
Because of the high rat population, 2,925 cases of leptospirosis have been reported in the country since August 28, resulting in 28 deaths, said the Health Ministry.
City Hall Health and Environment Department director Dr Hayati Abdullah said that more than 30,000 rats had been killed between January and August with the collaboration between the local community and hawkers via traps and poison.
They did this by putting traps and poison in strategic locations.
By rewarding for rats caught DBKL has actually encouraged people to breed more and had even encouraged a group of scammers to receive free money monthly. There is presently a couple of people from UMNO working hand in hand with DBKL officers and are collecting thousand and thousand of ringgit of free money.
There is a simple solution but DBKL does not want that. I have gone to see them, I have written to that Federal Minister and they reject.  There is even a proven case within Malaysia that shows the decline of rats within 3 days of using my method.
Malaysians are not ready for incinerator nor Biomass. Malaysians are selfish and lazy by nature and are brought up that way.  We go to other countries we act goody but when we are home we treat our surroundings like trash.
One good example is the toilet.  One would think that by paying to enter one the toilet would be clean.  By gosh it smells, the sight of xxxx, broken toilet, no water, jammed up sink and broken tap is enough to drive me to finish my business quickly and run out faster than the sight of seeing a ghost.
The latest dessert from DBKL is to separate our rubbish which is not something new from DBKL.  Studies and reports were make before the birth of Alam Flora.  Even in the early stages after the birth of Alam Flora it could not be implemented because every Tom, Dick and Harry wanted a share of the pie without dirtying their precious hands.  That is right POLITIC killed it.
After so many years and to those whom I have approached and are still trying to approach for example the new Mayor.
THE ONLY WAY TO GET MALAYSIANS TO DO THEIR PART IS TO BRING THE SOLUTION TO THEIR DOORSTEP AND NOT EXPECT AND THREATEN THE CITIZENS TO BRING THEIR WASTE TO YOU.

Sometimes I am not sure whether to cry or die laughing at our Malay jokers.
Every time they try to explain their incompetency, shit will pop-out.
Since Misai man became the AG, he has tried to cover Najis and Rosmah shit with all kinds of materials taken from Lat cartoon books forgetting smell cannot be covered.
It is so obvious Misai man wants to protect his pension, Directorships and even properties he will get in return for being a dog.  I believe too Rosmah will be most happy to throw a Tunship his way if Najis gets another term in office.
So next time anyone wants to do money laundering do fill up the forms to avoid living in Sungei Buloh.

PSM shocked over bail denial for activist Khalid Ismath

Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) is simply dumbfounded why its member, activist Khalid Mohd Ismath, has been denied bail.
Khalid has been slapped with 14 charges - 11 under the Communications and Multimedia Act and three charges under the Sedition Act - for his Facebook posts on the Johor royalty.
Former PSM secretary-general S Arutchelvan pointed out how cartoonist Zulkiflee Anwar Haque, who is better known as Zunar, has been slapped with nine sedition charges but was still granted bail.
“(Also), the protesters during the Perak constitutional crisis physically stopped the sultan’s car, but they too were given bail,” Arutchelvan (photo) told Malaysiakini last night.
Khalid's postings were made on the Solidariti untuk peguam Kamal Hisham Jaafar page on Facebook.
Khalid’s lawyer Dinesh Muthal said that the activist was denied bail on grounds that he may flee the country.
Arutchelvan pointed out that Khalid in his posts did not mention the sultan in any way.
“Khalid’s case is something very mild. He never, at any point, mentioned the sultan.”
The PSM leader is also of the view that the 11 charges under the Communications and Multimedia Act could be simply put under one charge.
“It shows how the prosecution is malicious in this manner. They want to prevent people like Khalid from further posting on issues of concern. But isn’t it supposed to be that you are innocent until proven guilty?”
Before Khalid, blogger Ali Abd Jalil, 29, was also accused of criticising the Johor royalty, and he later fled to Sweden.
Informing Malaysiakini on the details of the various charges made against Khalid, Arutchelvan expressed hope that Malaysians would see the charges and “laugh about them”.
Below are some of Khalid's Facebook postings.
Oct 5 post:
Berhala bukan Tuhan.
(It’s disgusting looking at these fake FB accounts which are probably paid for by the idol to attack Kamal Hisham, how worried these bootlickers are when we talk about Kamal.
(He can be imprisoned but he will not lose his spirit. This is the modern age, not the time of idolatry. If the prime minister can be toppled by the people’s power, what more to topple down an idol. An idol is not God).
Oct 4 post:
Jaga-jaga mu berhala.
(The Kamal Hisham Jaafar solidarity team will have a meeting this week to find solutions for Kamal’s defence. We will try to put pressure nationally and internationally. There is no crime for which the person responsible cannot be bailed out. Even murderers can get bail (as in the Altantuya case), what more a case that does not involve lives. Beware, you idols).
Sept 28 post:
Teman-teman seperjuangan,
Kamal Hisham masih didalam tahanan. Tiada siapa tahu bagaimana keadaan beliau didalam.
(Kamal Hisham is still being detained. No one knows how he is faring inside. We know how he is feared by a couple of idols in Johor. We will continue monitoring his condition. Kamal is yet to be released after almost a month in detention.
Spread the story on Kamal, who is fighting against the idols, and create pressure).
Khalid repeatedly mentions ‘berhala’ or idols in his posts, but it is not clear as to who he was referring to.
For the above Facebook posts, Khalid was charged under the Communications and Multimedia Act, for which he faces a fine of not more than RM50,000 or a jail term of not more than a year, or both, if convicted.

http://www.nst.com.my/news/2015/10/pm-asks-science-advisors-solution-haze-problem
My PM is very stupid.
He does not know how to count.
He does not know how to manage his own wife.
He does not know how to manage a small country of 30 million people.
Everything he leaves it to his greedy wife while he stays hidden counting his sinful wealth.
And his wife only knows how to use two things - money and Bomoh.
Not sure whether the two things are an asset to my stupid PM or a liability.
Anyhow he is still the Premier because his wife already used money and Bomoh on the Speaker in Parliament.  You know the one who wanted a gold toilet.
You know my PM, he likes to be notice everyday especially in America.
Why?  Because he can play small ball with that Obama guy who is going to retire soon.
But my PM he does not want to retire because Sungei Buloh got no spa.
Lately he asked Scientists from other country to help solve the haze in Malaysia.
What is there to solve when he cannot take action against his own friends who are burning plantations and forests for his wife to go shopping in Milan and New York.
Aiyoh my PM is also like the haze, sometimes he says this and that to make the Royalty wet their pants.
But what I can clearly see without the haze is my PM like to show off he is very caring but deep inside he can't be bother and does not care.
Every month somewhere or something will go up in price because he has to satisfy his wife with material goodies since he cannot fuck her anymore.
SO YOU SEE MY PM NOW GOT VERY, VERY THICK SKIN.
SO IF NOTHING IS DONE TO SKIN THAT THICK SKIN.
THE NEXT AND THE NEXT WILL HAVE THICKER SKIN.
WE ONLY HAVE ONE CONCLUSION AND THAT IS TO TAKE AWAY THE POWER OF ONE RACE SYSTEM IN MALAYSIA.
NO MALAY, NO CHINESE, NO INDIAN, NO CAMPUR DARAH BUT MALAYSIAN.
